Owners Kirsten Prunty and Malinda Turner, who have been in the business for over ten years, opened The Undercarriage three years ago with compassionate customer care as the backbone of the company.

Estheticians at The Undercarriage use different waxing techniques based on each client's needs. They use strip wax (soft wax which is spread onto the body and removed with muslin cloth strips), hard wax (wax that hardens on itself), and sugaring wax (the up-and-coming means of hair removal).
